It's hard to get all the pieces to fall into place. Still testing new software. Please ignore this post. Sorry for any inconvenience. This is as painful for me as it is for you. But the wheels on the bus go round and round.
Jay, We are trying to get in touch with Dean Phillips, and I looked at your bulletins and they ask prayers for Dean Phillips. Fred preached in Trinidad, CO from 1989-Dec.1993 and Dean and Wilma were faithful members there. Then we went to Kiev, Ukraine, where we were missionaries for 4.5 years. We phoned Dean 2 years ago when he was in a home, and talked to him for a few minutes. However, when we sent him a Birthday card, it was returned. Dean had requested that Fred do his funeral some day, and we try to keep in touch. Wilma's son Frank Royse had told us several years ago how to contact Dean and Wilma, but that was before Wilma died. Now the phone number for Frank Royse is no longer in service, so maybe you can help us locate Dean and let us have his address and phone number. We are retiring in Stamford, TX and taking care of my 93 year old mother in our home. Our email is and our phone numbers are 325-773-5250 Home 325-513-1849 Sharon's cell 325-513-9122 Fred's cell We are grateful for any help you can give us. God bless you, Fred & Sharon Selby
I liked the puzzle piece graphic you used, would you mind telling me where you got it as I would like to use it for a pamplet for a Sunday school at our church and I want to purchase the right to do so if need be. Milton jmobeox6@aol.com
I remember that one fateful day when Coach took me aside. I knew what was coming. "You don't have to tell me," I said. "I'm off the team, aren't I?" "Well," said Coach, "you never were really ON the team. You made that uniform you're wearing out of rags and towels, and your helmet is a toy space helmet. You show up at practice and then either steal the ball and make us chase you to get it back, or you try to tackle people at inappropriate times." It was all true what he was saying. And yet, I thought something is brewing inside the head of this Coach. He sees something in me, some kind of raw talent that he can mold. . . . .
